OGS "Original Graffiti Showdown" - Hide Seeker

This creepy OG lurks in the shadow waiting to someone passing by to approach them.
He offers services and sell to writers all sort of stuff like the not so easily obtainable OGSpray, the spay-can capable to originate new OGs.
Someone says that he has those empty spry-cans because he has the power to erase other OGs...
Hide Seeker is not a trustworthy OG indeed.
About his writer... No one ever saw him.
